so this is a picture I re-did. the original was oh... oh so horrible. i looked back at it and i was like dear god. sweet jesus, no that's ridiculous. i just wanted to hide and weep my woes away. but no i felt proactive apparently and i re-drew it!

i guess sheldon, the darker haired boy, has a bit of a weird body, but i didn't know how to fix it, and i kind of felt like it looked fine... like it strangely fit the picture/positioning. mehh

back in the day the original was an art trade with *8bitROCKETSHIP. it's of sheldon, her character, and my character, le lune. sheldon is a kid who lives in a cabin in the woods. le lune (yes, i know it should be 'la lune' but he is MANLY RR) is a faceless white stag that turns into a man every five years and eats human meat... oh what uhm.

he's just one of my weird pretty boy horribly warped cannibal characters, oh ya

so yeah, i hope you like this, and have fun laughing at the old version, haha

also i am mostly proud of dem roses mmm

edit: i forgot his freckles oooohh

Like some ancient tableau, I love the textures, colours and general temperate restraint in the backdrop to this image. There is warmth in how you have rendered your figures and the flora is nicely filling in that awkward space in the foreground. One thought, with that amount of blood on his hands some would I feel have dropped off onto the shoulder of the object of his affections. Nice competent work all round :)

It doesn't look horrible, it shows the amazing growth between this and now how much you improved from the time you created that pic until now.
Be proud of dem roses there lovely!

Your character and 8bit's is really sweet together:heart:

I love how you changed the picture, this one, looks alot more...breathtaking and beautiful, then the one before. when you have bodies like that, coming together, it makes such a heartwarming piece either look plan or dynamic, and it's dynamic.

Looking at this and the other, your grasping a better view of anatomy, and I really love the placing of there bodies, it's much more beautiful and more mesmerizing, even if this was draw a year ago.

I love the background and the textures.:heart:

Ahh thank you! I'm so glad you like it, I did try to change the positions to look better. I'm really happy to hear that's the effect it has, I know exactly what you mean about looking plain or dynamic!

Ahh yes I had lots of trouble drawing bodies before, I still do sometimes but I'm glad this one looks better! > v <

^u^!Yesss, your going to hit slumps ;w; because those are eneviable, but just don't be strongly defeated by them. I know lots of tricks and tips to slip out of slumps.
